Naveen Maddipatla - Deputy Manager HCM

A talented, energetic, go-to individual, Naveen holds 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He is associated with XIUS for more than 12 years, helping find the best talent and grooming them to meet the organizational needs.      

At XIUS, he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization's human resources (HR) strategies, tactics, systems, and procedures. He is also responsible for fostering a positive work environment and supporting current and future business needs through training & development, recruitment, motivation, engagement, operations and preservation of human capital across Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe & Middle East.      

Naveen holds prior working experience with various other leading IT and ITES companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (specialized in Human Resources) from Sikkim Manipal University.
